For the love of food!

Some would say that food is considered a love language. I certainly agree. I'm in love with the creativity that is possible, the endless combinations. As an Iraqi, I have loved our native food from something as complex as Dolma (Iraq's version of stuffed grape leaves and more), to something as simple as Samoon (Iraqi bread). Ever since I can remember I have always loved to cook and my family has always eaten what I've made, no matter how bad it tasted. With such a large world to explore, trying different cuisines from around the world has always been on my list. Fortunately, living in a very diverse and multicultural society, I hope to share my favourite places to dine, as well as my favourite recipes to make at home.
